To ensure the application is compatible with your hardware and provides a stable service, we only automatically collect the following basic information:
Device model, operating system version, etc.
Anonymous Access: You may access and use the Application without creating an account. Features are not restricted for anonymous users.
Third-Party Login: If you choose "Sign in with Apple," we only receive the necessary unique identifier provided by Apple to establish your account.
User-Generated Content: Images you choose to upload, along with associated captions and metadata.
The core functionality of the Application involves automated analysis of uploaded images:
On-Device Processing: Safety detection and aesthetic scoring are primarily performed locally on your device.
Content Moderation: AI automatically identifies prohibited content. High-quality images that meet specific aesthetic thresholds will be recommended by the system; images below the threshold may have limited visibility.
2.4 Third-Party Attribution (Adjust) To optimize our marketing efforts and understand how users find our Application, we use Adjust, a third-party attribution service.
Information Collected: When you install and open Snapy, Adjust may collect pseudonymous identifiers such as your IP address, device advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA on iOS, with your permission), and app engagement events (e.g., installation, subscription).
Purpose: This data is used solely to attribute app installs to specific marketing campaigns and to analyze the effectiveness of our advertising.
Your Control: You can opt-out of such tracking by managing your device’s privacy settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" or "Ask App Not to Track") or by contacting us.
The information collected is used strictly for the following purposes:
Ensuring the application interface is compatible with your specific device and system.
Facilitating content recommendation and moderation based on AI scoring mechanisms.
Our Commitment: We do not use your information for any form of cross-app tracking, nor do we sell your personal data to third parties.
Security: Uploaded images and related scoring data are stored on secure, encrypted servers.
Retention: We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
Account Deletion:
You can delete your account at any time via: Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account.
Upon deletion, your personal identifiers and associated content will be permanently removed.
We implement industry-standard safeguards, including HTTPS encryption for data transmission and strict access control mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access or data leakage.
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.
You may use the Application completely anonymously.
You may revoke access to your photo library at any time through your device system settings.
You may request the deletion of specific data via in-app settings or by contacting us via email.
